10. Buyer agrees to not knowingly sell or dispose of any off spring of the above mentioned dog to
wholesalers, pet shops, or dog dealers. Failure to comply will result in the immediate forfeit of the

above mentioned dog.

11. No other conditions, guarantees or obligations concerning the sake if this puppy applies,
The agreement may be modified or amended only in writing and signed by both parties.
