2. Puppy is purebred. Pedigree is correct and given at time of sale. Puppy is register able with AKC,
form is given at time of sale unless withheld for reasons listed.


3. The above mentioned puppy is guaranteed to be free of hereditary crippling, disabling defects by the
age of 36 months of age. Determination of what constitutes a hereditary defect is to be by unanimous
agreement of a veterinary of the breeders choice. Costs of the opinion are to be by the buyer. If said
puppy is deemed to have a defect of any kind:

A. Refund 100% provided the living puppy and registration papers are retuned to the breeder within
2 months after discovery of said defects.
B. Replace the puppy with the next available like prospect or mutually agreed upon animal, provided
the live puppy and registration papers are returned to the breeder within two months after
discovery of said defects.
C. $100.00 of the purchase price refunded upon proof of spay/neuter should buyer elect to keep
the puppy and the breeder approved.

4. Buyer agrees to: Annual veterinary check-ups, including heartworm checks. To keep all
immunizations current according to AVMA guidelines to properly administer Heartworm preventatives;
to provide adequate housing according to state law; to confine the puppy in a fenced yard or kennel run
and not kept on a chain. The puppy shall not be allowed to roam. Should these conditions not be met by
the buyer the breeder may require return of the puppy. Conditions in #5/A will apply.

5. If in the future the buyer finds himself/herself unable to keep the puppy , he/she agrees to contact the
breeder and either:

A. Return puppy to the breeder, the cost of transportation will be the responsibility of the buyer.
On receipt of the puppy, the breeder will endeavor to find a new home for the puppy. Any money
received for the puppy by the breeder will be refunded to the buyer less the expenses incurred by
the breeder in recovering and placing the puppy.
